Hi Friends,

I created this course because I felt like there was a need in this world. We are living in a time where there is fear and scarcity-thinking seem to be rampant. For some time, it affected me. Then, I got to a better place and started to examine my thoughts and as I journeyed through the different states towards wellness, I found self-love. From this space, I was able to tap into my intuition and attract more abundance to show up in my life. Then, I had the inspiration to share this with others so they can have self-love and abundance for themselves.

We used to live in a fast-paced world that disconnected us from the concepts of receptivity and presence, life as sacred, loving-kindness, self-nurturing and creating from a place of love. All of which, connect us to our divine feminine/receptivity. This is the perfect time to honor these parts of us. 

I believe we have been given an opportunity to really nurture ourselves and our desires, in order to forge a new path. We get to birth a new way of being and attract the things we want to show up in our lives.

This course material draws from the knowledge and wisdom of medical research, Western psychology, Eastern philosophy, modern spirituality, and metaphysics. Click on each week to see more.

*Version 2.0 of this course is underway and the order or subheadings may change. 

This is the beginning. Setting an intention means getting clear on what you want. This is the birthplace of desire and giving voice to your dreams. I’ll explain the difference between an intention, goal, and resolution. We’ll have some journal prompts, an envisioning meditation, and discover how raising your vibration is an important factor in manifesting.

During our first meeting, we will introduce each member and set the intention for the group. Each person will then set their own personal intentions for the course.
 
In the following weeks, the course will open you up to intuition, ideas, gifts, exchange, or flow to come to you. You will be led to take the inspired action when your body feels good and your soul feels in alignment.
 

Explore the different aspects of self and how to be more in-tune with our own needs and desires. Can we cultivate a self-care practice that fulfills each of these aspects? We’ll ask ourselves what we need on a daily and weekly basis. We’ll also look at how self-care is the best care because it can affect our self-esteem, our moods, and our interactions with others. 

 

Gain an understanding of who you really are and move towards self-acceptance (flaws and all). We will look at how we may have hidden our true selves in order to gain approval or validation from others. We will learn how to nurture self-compassion by letting go of guilt/shame and forgiving ourselves in the process. By doing this, we give permission for our true authentic selves to shine. We’ll notice as we increase our self-acceptance, we ultimately increase our levels of happiness.

 

Through much of our lives, our concept of worthiness has been contingent upon approval from others, our achievement in comparison to others, and/or our perceived placement in the world. But instead of looking at external validation to define our self-worth, what if we turned inward? What would it feel like to have unconditional self-worth based on self-acceptance? How would that shape our lives? This week, we’ll discuss how pain and trauma can affect the different aspects of the self and how we can forgive others. 

 

When we’re able to accept ourselves for who we are, feel worthy and deserving of love, and have proven we can care for ourselves, we can grow to love ourselves with our whole hearts. We will see how taking responsibility for our lives can lead to greater fulfillment and lasting self-love. In this discussion, we’ll examine how fear keeps us from love and how we can rewire our brains to choose higher states of wellbeing including love, joy, peace, and gratitude. In these states, we’ll discover how radical self-love can positively affect the different aspects of self.

 

Our Higher-Self can be reached at the inner-most part of our souls and is the birthplace for inspiration, intuition, and insight. It is available for us to access at all times no matter how we define our spirituality. By living in the present and surrendering in the moment, we can tap into a higher-knowing and experience a deeper sense of love and connection. We’ll explore ways to tune into our intuition, see and interpret signs, and be able to discern between divine guidance and fear-based thought patterns.

 

For the past few weeks we will start to get to a place of self-love and higher-knowing within ourselves. This is the best space where creation happens! By tapping into the guidance available to us, we can start calling in what we want to show up in our lives and take inspired action towards our goals. We will discuss how we can use the Law of Attraction and Law of Vibration to help us manifest what we want in our lives. We’ll start to really understand that we we are co-creators and how our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about ourselves affect the outcome of our lives.

 

We’ve set intentions, we’ve raised our vibrations and are watching abundance show up in our lives!

 

We have done the inner work to see a difference in our outer world (manifesting) and are open to receiving what we are intentionally attracting in any way, shape, or form. By letting go of how it will show up, we allow intuition, ideas, gifts, exchange, or flow to come to us. And then, we take the inspired action.
 
By now, you will have a thorough understanding of the tools needed to design your life. You may have already attained some of the intentions you set at the beginning of the course and you will continue moving forward in the direction of your dreams!
